“Value Them Both” Signs and Voter Registration

As we are looking forward to the momentous vote in favor of the “Value Them Both” amendment on August 2nd, our Knights of Columbus will be providing some simple ways to promote and prepare for this this event.

1) “Value Them Both” Yard Signs – Yard signs will be available after Mass this weekend. Please feel free to pick one up and place it in your yard, or you may pick one up at the parish office at your convenience. This can be a simple way to show our support and spread the word to others.

2) Voter registration on Sunday, June 26th – Next weekend, on June 26th, after every Mass, the Knights of Columbus will be having a table in which people can register to vote. If you have not registered to vote, or if you have questions about registration, please stop by and talk to one of our Knights.

Thank you to the Knights of Columbus for providing this service. Also, thank you to everyone who is praying for this occasion, for your support, and for your vote!

Sunday Reading

Corpus Christi Sunday

Mary fully rejoices in her Lord, who is faithful and keeps Old Testament promises. God is the mighty one who is always attuned to the needs of the poor, the oppressed, the outcast, and the stranger. The world's values are realigned to manifest God's ways. Like Mary, we disciples are called to rejoice in the Lord, who does wonderous things for us.
