Immaculate Heart of Mary parish offers several ways in which you can tithe to the parish. The most common way to use your parish tithing envelopes that you receive in the mail bi-monthly. However, we have two other options available.
We also offer you the capability for you to make your tithe donations through an automatic draft either once or twice monthly. It is set up through the parish office. Parishioners who choose this option receive a modified packet of envelopes bi-monthly. It will include envelopes for special parish and holy days, building projects & improvement fund, and diocesan collections. We do require a completed form of consent and voided check to set the automatic draft up.
Another option offer we is an online giving program to provide an electronic option for making regular tithing donations. We are able to do this through the Catholic Foundation. Your donation can now be debited automatically from your checking or savings account or processed using your credit or debit card. You will be able to make your parish tithe any time of day from the comfort of your home, while on vacation, or other circumstances that may prevent you from attending Mass.
You must each decide in your heat how much to give. And don't give reluctantly or in response to pressure. "For God loves a person who gives cheerfully" 2 Corinthians 9:7
