In Hays, we have a unique situation in that we have K-12 Catholic School that serves students from all three Hays parishes as well as some outlying parishes. We also have students in our public schools that attend religious education classes on Wednesday evenings in all three parishes.  All three parishes in Hays and the Catholic schools moved to one curriculum in 2023. The curriculum is the Word of Life series from the Augustine Institute.

Beginning in Fall 2026, we will be moving toward the Restored Order of the Sacraments.

Grades 3-8 will be preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation.  Grades 3-5 will use Sealed in Fire curriculum from Sophia Teachers.  Grades 6-8 will use Real +True on Formed, along with other resources used by the catechist.
